Locavore is a 1/2 hour food and lifestyle TV series based on chef Dustin Ronspies and the local food movement in the United States. Dustin chose to set up shop in one of the most abundant local food regions in the world, Seattle, Washington. Here the interest in local fare such as seafood, foraged mushrooms, locally raised livestock, beer, wine and spirits is well established and honored by an enduring group of farmers, producers and purveyors who truly care about the environment, their product and their customers.
