December 03, 2011 Sognando Italia
Mike’s blog - So after two months of being on the road and up in the air with a crew of 8 other people (all from Italy), travelling around this great country of ours, producing an eleven episode documentary for Mediaset… I’m tired. But I will tell all who read this and have not yet been brought up-to-speed, it was an unforgettable and once in a life-time experience for me and I’m sure all of us who took part. We went from New York City to Miami in about 7 weeks, spending about a week in each location for an episode. Each installment of the show featured a different personality from somewhere in Italy or a generation or two descendant from someone Italian. All incredibly interesting people I must say, from all walks of life, each “representing” what it is to live away from the “culture” but still clinging to it in many ways. My crew was amazing and incredibly fun to work with, I really feel this project will do well in Italy. A presto mio amici !
